Status and Countermeasures of Action for Sci-tech staff serving enterprises in Putian City

摘要: 科学技术是增强产业和企业的不竭动力，是做强服务企业的源动力。企业要做强做大，必须认识到科技创新的重要作用，必须全面建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系。该文分析了莆田市科技人员服务企业行动的现状，论述了科技人员服务企业的现有模式，就科技创新存在的主要问题提出了对策。Abstract: Science and technology is the powerful source to serving enterprise which can enhance industry and enterprise continuously.For the goal of becoming bigger and stronger, enterprise must realize the important role of science and technology innovation, and completely establish the technology innovation system with the enterprise as the main body, the market as the guidance, and the industrial, academic and research cooperation.In this paper, the status about the operations of the scientific and technical personnel serving company in Putian City is analyzed and the existing models of sci-tech staff serving enterprises are discussed.In addition, the measures were proposed in response to the main problems during the technological innovation.
