Abstract: Science and technology is the powerful source to serving enterprise which can enhance industry and enterprise continuously.For the goal of becoming bigger and stronger, enterprise must realize the important role of science and technology innovation, and completely establish the technology innovation system with the enterprise as the main body, the market as the guidance, and the industrial, academic and research cooperation.In this paper, the status about the operations of the scientific and technical personnel serving company in Putian City is analyzed and the existing models of sci-tech staff serving enterprises are discussed.In addition, the measures were proposed in response to the main problems during the technological innovation.
