Exploring the Path of “Three-Governance Integration” Rural Governance SystemBased on the Practice of Xiamen Junying Villag

  • Purpose/Significance Rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance, and the level of rural governance is directly related to the development of rural society, the smooth implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy, and the achievement of the goal of modernising national governance.
Methods/Processes Based on a good governance research perspective, using the method of case study, we take the practice of “three-governance-combination” rural governance as the object of study, and carry out a field survey on the military village of Xiamen City, which has carried out a party building project to benefit the people, improve the grassroots governance system of “one nucleus and multiple”, and promote the “one-stop” multi-dimensional solution to problems. The village carries outparty building projects, improves the “one-core multiple” grassroots governance system, promotes the “one-stop” multiple dispute resolution mechanism, integrates socialist core values into the village rules and regulations, and creates a good atmosphere of civilised township customs.
Results/Conclusions The results of the study show that in the process of rural governance, there are insufficient reserves of rural talents, insufficient motivation for the participation of the main body of villagers’ self-governance, and insufficient construction of the rule of law in the countryside, and it is proposed that the path of exploring the “three-governance fusion” rural governance system be explored, in order to be of benefit to the realisation of good governance in the countryside.
