Study on Income Influence Factors of Migrant Workers in Fuzhou City

This article investigated the main factors influencing the income of migrant workers in Fuzhou city dealing the Fuzhou city migrant workers as investigation object through the way of random sampling survey. The results showed that the income of migrant workers in Fuzhou city in mainly influenced by gender, age, working years and years in the current unit of work, the level of education and professional skill. The article then put forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
