Status, Development Approach and Countermeasures for Innovation Culture Construction in Agricultural Scientific Research Institution

 Construction of innovation culture in agricultural scientific research institution (ASRI) consists of the ideology and manifestation of innovation occurred in ASRI. In this study, we firstly introduced the definition and connotation for innovation culture construction in ASRI, and then the developing process and the main existing problems in China were elaborated; therefore the improving countermeasures were correspondingly put forward to promote the innovation culture in ASRI.
