Influences on Fujian Agricultural Economy from the Investment of Taiwan and the Countermeasures and Suggestions——Based on the Perspective of Capital Deepening

The article analyzes the mechanism of Taiwanese investment on agricultural economic growth in Fujian, and their actual contribution as well as the relationship. Then by studying why agricultural investment from Taiwan would promote the capital deepening in Fujian, we found that both cross-strait agricultural funds are insufficient, but Taiwan agricultural capital deepening degree is much higher than that of Fujian Province, so do agricultural productivity and capital labor productivity. And this is not only because Taiwan invested more and earlier into agriculture, but also due to the sound agricultural financial system to operate capital. And finally related recommendations are proposed to deepen cross-strait agricultural cooperation and promote the development of agricultural economy from four aspects.
