Farmers’ Satisfaction on the Farm Machinery Purchase Subsidy Policy in Fujian

The implement of farm machinery purchase subsidy policy caused the rapid increase of the agricultural mechanization rate, and become the effective guarantee to the development of modern agriculture and the increase of farmers’ income. This paper assessed the effectiveness of the policy implementation focus on farmers’ satisfaction on farm machinery purchase subsidy policy from the perspective of farmers. The result showed that farmers’ satisfactions on farm machinery purchase subsidy policy was not high in Fujian, and the factors were diversification. Therefore, promoting the performance of farm machinery purchase subsidy should increase the subsidies of farm machinery purchase, increase the species of subsidies farm machinery, strengthen technical guidance on farm machinery usage, strengthen the supervision on the policy implementation.
