Analysis on the Competitiveness of Fuzhou Jasmine Tea Industry

  • In recent years, the revival of jasmine tea industry is promoted in Fuzhou. By adopting the creativelybuilt “six forces competition model”, this paper analyzed the competitiveness of jasmine tea industry in Fuzhou from the 6 aspects of its potential entrants, substitute threat, environmental forces, the consumers’ bargaining power, the suppliers’ bargaining power and its current competitors. Then, this paper found out the competitive advantage of Fuzhou jasmine tea industry and its threat, and put forward some feasible strategies in promoting the competitiveness of Fuzhou jasmine tea industry.
