Analysis on Influence Factors of Migrant Workers’ Citizenization Willingness in Fuzhou

Taking the peasantworkers in Fuzhou as the object of study, and by using the method of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the individual status, employment status and social relations of the peasantworkers in Fuzhou. The influences to migrant workers’ citizenization willingness from the 9 factors such as age, gender, marital status, standard of culture, family monthly income, minor number and city adaptability were analyzed by using the Logistic return model. The result showed that educational level and city compatibility were the two main factors influencing the citizenization willingness of migrant worker. Therefore, based on these two factors, this paper put forward the relevant suggestions.
