 Mechanism innovation of personnel and team management is the important part of modern agricultural research institutes scitechnology innovation mechanism. This paper takes Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to analyze its problem on personnel resource and team construction, and puts forward the countermeasures of mechanism innovation of personnel management and team management.
