Study on the Reemployment of Landlost Farmers in the Process of Urbanization——A Case of Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone

Taking Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example, using the methods of questionnaire survey and literature search, the situations of landlost farmers in this zone were surveyed. The survey data was analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the degree of education, special skill of the landlost farmers were low in this zone. Additionally, the factors such as narrow channel of employment, poorly policies support made difficult for the landlost farmers’ reemployment. And the result showed that paying attention to human capital accumulation and broaden employment channels could ease the problems of reemployment.
