Analysis on Science and Technology Human Resource of Non-profit Research Institutions in Fujian

Science and technology human resource is the main body for scientific and technological innovation of non-profit research institutions in Fujian, with its scale, structure, distribution and flow all affecting the development of institution and the development level of science and technology in Fujian. This paper summarized the development situation of 39 non-profit research institutions in Fujian. And the distribution characteristics of science and technology human resource were analyzed from subject distribution, record of formal schooling and title distribution. Last, the flow situation of scientific and technological personnel was briefly analyzed.
