  • Training service is the key link of sci tech enterprises incubation. This paper described the significances of the training service of hightech business incubator enterprises. Training service contribute to the cultivation of enterprises and entrepreneurs, and it is the requirement to the update service of incubator. The situations and the existing problems of training service of hightech business incubator enterprises were summarized in this paper. Meanwhile, the suggestions solving the problems were put forward.
