Analysis on Technology Spillover Effect of Taiwan Agricultural FDI in Chinese Mainland

 The technology spillover effects were measured by using C-D production function in this paper. The results showed that the major factors of promoting the economic growth of mainland agriculture were agricultural capital and human resources. Meanwhile, this paper put forward the solutions including the establishment of project evaluation management system on Taiwan agricultural direct investment, enhancing the communication of cross-strait agricultural businesses, innovating the cooperation modes of cross-strait agricultural, and improving the market competition environment.
