 The purpose of the organized symposium, which was crossstrait water conservation technologies and development of circular agricultural, was to exchange progress, describe their experiences, learn from each other, inspire each other, learn from each other and improve together.The theme of symposium was “Prevention and control water and soil erosion, promoting the development of circular economy, Striving for resource conservation and ecological protection, to achieve environmentally friendly, sustainable development”.According to rural ecoeconomy and ecological civilization construction, the experts proposed five measures: (1) to conduct research deeply in the countryside; (2) to upgrade servicesthrough innovationdriven; (3) to prevent and control soil erosion, and develop circular agriculture; (4) to promote crossstrait exchanges for complementary advantages; (5) to strengthen publicity and education for enhancing their understanding.
