SWOT Analysis on Developing the New Low-carbon Industry in Fujian

By using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper explores the development of the emerging lowcarbon industry in Fujian. Although the emerging lowcarbon industry in Fujian has the advantages such as the strong carbon sequestration capacity, policies support, but it still faces the difficulties such as lowefficiency energy conversion, difficult research and development of lowcarbon technology and so on. Base on the analysis, this paper put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the emerging low-carbon industry in Fujian.
