The New SCP Model Analysis of the “Company+Cooperative+Farmer” Contractual Relationship

In this paper, the new SCP model (systemconductperformance) was applied to analysis different contractual arrangement of agricultural industrialization management pattern. The different contractual arrangement, conduct and performance were evaluated from all aspects, including the property relations, organization structure, profit distribution, democratic management, and the design of incentive and risk mechanism. Finally, some related suggestions were put forward.
