Discussion on Change of Agricultural Land Ownership in China

This paper summarized the present situation of China's rural land ownership change and analyzed the existing problems. The study results suggested that the causes of the problems were varied, i.e., the subject of agricultural land ownership not clear, the contract period of agricultural land not stable, the relevant laws and regulations imperfect. The countermeasures and suggestions were given from the perspective of protecting the rights and interests of farmers.
