Abstract
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, low detection limit, wide linear range, fast analysis speed and less interference, so it has been widely applied in the determination of mercury, arsenic, lead, selenium, antimony, tin, cadmium and other metal elements. This article introduces the basic principle and the classification of atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and gives a review on its application in the determination of trace toxic metal elements.
