Study on the Construction of Environmental Legal System of Leisure Agriculture

Based on the positioning of the environmental law, this paper analyzed the safeguard situations and the main deficiencies of environmental law system in the environmental protection of leisure agriculture. And the suggestions on the construction of environmental law system of leisure agriculture were put forward from the updating legislation idea of environmental legislation, unifying environmental management of leisure agriculture, formulating law on environmental protection of leisure agriculture, increasing environmental law enforcement efforts of leisure agriculture and enhancing education on environmental protection of leisure agriculture.
