Analysis on Operating mechanism of Mutual Funds of Farmers’ Professional Cooperative

With the further development of farmers’ professional cooperatives, the shortages of funds become the major bottleneck in its development. In order to solveeffectively this problem, this paper analyzes the operating mechanism of mutual fundsof farmers’ professional cooperatives from three aspects such as operational structure, operational procedures and operational results of internal mutual funds of Farmers’ professional cooperative, on this basis the running path of mutual funds of Farmers’professional cooperative was built. Meanwhile, the appropriate countermeasures to improve theoperating mechanism of mutual funds of farmers’ professional cooperatives were put forward.
