The paper analyzes the current situations and the existing issues of the scale development of lowcarbon businesses in Fujian, and puts forward the countermeasures which include developing and growing lowcarbon businesses, enhancing the lowcarbon brand establishment of local businesses, perfecting the lowcarbon industrial chain, constructing legal supervision and incentive mechanism, and taking different approachfor different lowcarbon businesses.
