Observation and Analysis of Porcine Kidney Cells Infected by Porcine Pseudorabies Virus

Cell cycle and cell apoptosis of porcine kidney cells infected by porcine pseudorabies virus were detected by using flow cytometer. The results showed that the cellular normal cycle was influenced after the porcine kidney cells infected by porcine pseudorabies virus, and most cells stayed in the DNA synthesis prophase and could not enter the next synthesis phase, so the most cells appeared apoptosis and the plaque could be observed in the microscope.
