  • Xiamao Town in Sha County in Fujian is the birthplace of “Shaxian Snacks”. 70% of the households are working on the snack business. The phenomenon of transfer of rural labor are clear. By using sampling survey method, this paper analyzed the situation and existing problems of rural labor transfer in Xiamao Town in Sha County, and put forward the suggestions and improvement measures.
