Industrial technology innovation alliance is an innovative advanced form of modern research industry-college-institute cooperation. The studies on this alliance from the scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the connotation, mode and performance evaluation. This paper summarizes the studies on the alliance connotation, organization mode and alliance performance evaluation from the scholars at home and abroad, and points out the existing problems and put forward the prospects.
