Discussion on Reform of Forestry Property Right System Based on Sustainable Development

This paper analyzed the several reform of forest rights since the founding of new China, and pointed out that reform of forest rights should pay attention to the ecological value of forest resources and forestall sustainable development. Meanwhile, this paper summarized the reform effects and negative factors of forest rights in the new period, and put forward the countermeasures of reform of forestry property right system based on sustainable development.
