In the meantime, considering the countryside practical situation, the author analyzed the advantages and restraining factors of developing the facility agriculture, and studied the overall strategy, basic principle and five countermeasure steps of speeding up the development of the Sanming facility agriculture during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”.
