  • Since the “PRC Law on Farmer’s Specialized Cooperatives” was promulgated, farmer’s specialized cooperatives developed rapidly in China. This paper summarized simply the development of farmer’s specialized cooperatives in China and its effect to the agricultural industrialization development. Meanwhile, the existing problems were pointed out, and the countermeasures were put forward.
