The animal bacterin and plant seedlings technology is developed, the industry of biological fertilizer and pesticide is developing quickly. The experiences lie in that there are more measures to encourage the developing of agricultural biotechnology, and agricultural biotechnology parks promote the industry cluster effect, and civilian industry investment in agricultural biotechnology and the protection of intellectural proterty rights are also help the development of the agricultural biotechnology industry.
