Determination of 16 Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by Capillary Gas Chromatography

A method was developed for the rapid determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables. This method put acetonitrile as the extractant, the extracting solution was determined after purified by using the column of C18 and PSA. The detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.003-0.006 mg/kg, the recoveries were 53.7%-115%, the relative standard deviations were 3.2%-10.5% at the addition of mixed standards of 0.01mg/kg, the recoveries were 52.5%-112%, the relative standard deviations were 3.1%-10%.
