Risks and Supervision Countermeasures on Development of P2P Network Lending in China

This paper analyzed the existing risks of P2P network lending in China, such as the credit risk from the break-down of fund chain, the operational risk from the embezzling third party accounts, the reputation risk from fraud and the weakening effect on government’s macro-economic control. And the supervision countermeasures on the development of P2P Network Lending were put forward from founding Joint Conference system, establishing the credit rating system, the escrow system and the supervision system on the loan fund of P2P network lending, and exploring the regional development modes of P2P network lending in this paper.
