Application of Total Quality Management to the Producing of Exporting Canned Mushrooms
This paper simply introduces the basic contents of total quality management (TQM) and its significance to the management of food safety. And the main contents of TQM applied in the pilot enterprise and the achievements obtained were summarized in this paper.
