  • Dry Port model is a kind of new logistics organization. This paper analyzed the construction of Wuyishan Dry Port by using SWOT method, and analyzed its operating performance based on the outlet data in Nanping. At last, the measures promoting the development of Wuyishan Dry Port were put forward.
