  • This paper summarized the development situation of Anxi tea industry, and the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster in the period of 2004-2011 was analyzed by using Hoover coefficients model. The results showed that the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster had a declining trend. In order to promote the development of the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster, this paper put forward the countermeasures which include enacting the special development planning, strengthening the strengths of the leading companies, improving tea safety and quality, and promoting the construction of ecological tea gardens.
