Effects and Suggestions on SciTech Commissioner’s Entrepreneurial Activities in Rural Areas in Putian

On the basis of the actual condition of Putian city，we have organized the scitech commissioners to help people in rural areas and enterprises start technological innovation and to participate in the entrepreneurial activities.This paper summarized effects and problems of Putian scitech commissioner’s entrepreneurial service and put forward some suggestions for solving the problems.
