Countermeasures and Existing Problems on Village Renovation in New Village Construction

Village renovation is an important basic work and the objective requirement of balance urban and rural development. But there are some problems in the practices in the village renovation, such as lack of planning, financing difficulties, low enthusiasm of some villagers, the lack of guarantee on the renovation achievement, etc. This paper summarized the reasons of these existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures for promoting the work on village renovation.
