Detection and Evaluation of Microbial Pollution of the Air in Quanzhou

  • Airborne microbial concentration in Quanzhou was preliminarily tested by fallen plate method.The results showed that the average concentration of bacteria and moulds in the city air were repectively 5.40×103 cfu/m3 and 0.78×103 cfu/m3, which indicating that the air in the city was at a light bacterial pollution level.And the microbial pollution in the main traffic district was more serious than that in commercial and recreational area.
