Analysis on Economic Effects of the Reform of Collective Forest Right System in Jian’ou County

In this paper, the status of forest resources management and the effects of collective forest right reform in three towns, viz, Fangdao, Xudun and Jiyang town of Jian’ou County in Fujian province, were investigated with the stratified random sampling method and typical survey.Furthermore, the effects of the reform of collective forest right system on regional economy, rural economy and forestry farmers’ incoming were summarized as well.
