Analysis on Transformations and Adaptability of the New Generation Migrant Workers’ Social Mentalities——A Case of Jin’an District in Fuzhou

The new and the older generation of migrant workers are similar in the identity, status and treatment, but they are different in the working purpose, consumption concept, cultural level.There are some new characteristics for the new generation migrant workers.In this paper, taking migrant workers in Jin’an District in Fuzhou as an example, we analyzed the problems of the new generation migrant workers’social mentalities, and put forwad the mechanisms on psychological prevention and risk mitigation for the new generation migrant workers.
