Thinking on the Leadership of Managers in Small and Medium Private Enterprises
——A Case study of Quanzhou City

 Quanzhou city is one of the fastest growing and the most dynamic regions in Fujian and even in China .Based on small and medium private enterprises, Quanzhou strengthened the development of regional distinctive enconmy and created a “Quanzhou Model” in resent years.However, in the process of development, the problems on the leadership of managers have become significant.This paper analyzed the problems and the reasons for problems in management activity of managers in small and medium private enterprises, and put forward the measures for improving the leadership of managers.
