Research on the Judicial Relief of Agricultural Environmental Disputes in China

In recent years, with the occurrences of agricultural environmental disputes cases, environmental judicial relief met serious challenges. According to the difficulties faced by judicial relief mechanism of agricultural environment and in the light of specific national conditions and judicial practices in China, this paper put forth the countermeasures to perfect the judicial relief paths of agricultural environmental disputes in China, including perfecting the justices body, action right and the ways of infringers to undertake responsibility.
