Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Land Circulation in the Construction of University Town
——From the Perspective of Farmers’Rights

The construction of university town benefits to the nation and its people, but in the construction of university town, rural land circulation has become one of the important problems. Based on the existing problems of rural land circulation in the construction of Fuzhou university town, this paper analyzed the factors that contribute to rural land circulation problem and put forward the countermeasures for the problems.
