Discussion on the Models of Scientific and Technical Staff serving enterprises

Under the international financial crisis，the enterprises have encountered great difficulties and pressures.This paper summarized the models of scientific and technical staff serving enterprises.Measures about industry-academy-research cooperation mechanism and some strategies about long-term mechanism were proposed in order to encourage the scientific and technical personnel to effectively serve enterprises, provide more personalized technological services and enhance the innovative capability and competitiveness of enterprises.
