Three Elements——Government, Enterprise and Talent in Scientific and Technological Personnel Serving Enterprise

Scientific and technological innovation is the power source of regional economic development and technological progress.In the construction of Taiwan Strait Economic Zone, Fujian transforms the developmental mode and promotes economic development with sci-tech innovations.Aiming to further supporting technology development, and encouraging scientific and technical personnel to serving enterprise, this article discusses three elements——government, enterprise and talent, which play effective roles on the long-term mechanism in scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise.
