Discussion on the Policies on Encouraging and Supporting the Action for Scientific and Technical Staff Serving Enterprises

The objectives of Action for Scientific and Technical Staff Serving Enterprises was to help enterprises to develop technology and solve the problems in the management, then speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improve their technological innovation, and construct the effective cooperation modes and long-term mechanism between enterprises and research institutes.In this paper, the aim and meaning of establishing the policies on encouraging and supporting the action for scientific and technical staff serving enterprises were discussed, and three kinds of different incentive policies for scientific and technical staff serving enterprises were investigated.
