Discussion on Establishing and Perfecting Long-term Mechanism for Action for Scientific and Technical Staff Serving Enterprises

With the world economic situation improving, China is making gradual progress in economy.Scientific and technical staff plays an important role on alleviating the influence on enterprises during the economic crisis.In this paper, the main influencing factors for the action for scientific and technical staff serving enterprises were summarized, and some proposals for establishing the long-term mechanism were put forward.
