Status and Countermeasures of Fuzhou Scientific and Technical Personnel Serving Enterprise

Fuzhou government has organized the activities of scientific and technical personnels serving enterprises and mobilized scientific and technical personnels to serve enterprises and engage in the industry-academy-reseach cooperation.This article summarized the satus of Fuzhou scientific and technical personnels serving enterprises and proposed some countermeasures about it from following aspects: to strengthen department coordination; to survey technology service capability and business needs, to resolve funds shortage of the technological enterprise, to build an effective carrier of scientific and technical personnel serving enterprise.
