The Process on the Form of Agricultural Sci-tech Staff Serving Enterprises in Fujian

According to the participation situation of the main body, service object and service target groups of agricultural sci-tech staff service, this paper introduces the process about the form of agricultural sci-tech staff serving enterprises from the simple form of “sci-tech staff + farm households” to the complex form of "sci-tech staff + enterprise + professional association (cooperatives) + farm households”, and finally to the form of running business by sci-tech staff.Meanwhile the changing for sci-tech staff’s role from an officer of state administration and institution to a legal person of enterprise and eventually to a boss of the enterprise as the best form of serving the enterprise and society was discussed.
