Discussion on the Long-term and Effective Mechanism for Scientific and Technical Personnel Serving Enterprises in Fujian Province

 In order to explore long-term effective mechanisms of scientific and technology personel serving enterprises, this paper summarized main safeguards for Fujian scientific and technology personel serving enterprises, and analyzed existing service models.The measures were proposed to construct a long-term and effective mechanism of scientific and technology personel serving enterprises including management system, policy system, talents, finance etc.
