Study on resources allocation of green securities market in Low Carbon Economy

With the rapid development of economy, high energy consumption and high pollution become increasingly serious.Establishing green securities market is to reduce carbon and protect environment.This paper analyses connotation, forming process, the mode of resources allocation of green securities market and China's green securities market and then puts forward the specific countermeasures from the aspects such as listing conditions, systems, legislation and so on.
