Game analysis of rural collective construction land circulation and farmers rights protection

The rural collective construction land circulation has a direct impact on farmers′ property income, which relates to rural economic development and rural social stability.It has become an important issue of rural land research.In this paper, by constructing the rural collective construction land circulation game model and the rural collective economic organizations and individual farmers game model, the author analyzes the game equilibrium solutions under different conditions and the protection of farmers′rights in the rural collective construction land circulation, and put forward relevant policy proposals.
